It should open a logging window when you launch the shortcut. "c:\path\to\mobirise.exe" -enable-logging To enable logging, edit your Mobirise shortcut and add "-enable-logging" to it In my case they were both Mobirise extensions causing the issue not any of the 3rd party extensions. I removed those 2 extensions and all was good from that point. So i turned on logging when loading mobirise and it then told me about 2 incompatible extensions instagram and one other i cant remember. I had a similar issue when ininstalled 5.8.0 - spinning forever and message about some extensions not loaded when i cancelled it. And unfortunately I was careless, because I don't have a backup.
